What is a true friend???!!??

Now days you don't know what to call a true friend whats fake or phony.If you bend over backwards for someone wouldnt you think they would do the same when your in need?? I have learned from personal experience that we have to set boundaries with people if we want things to last you can not bend over backwards for people and expect them to do the same we have to stop making ourselves so avaliable for people because everyone doesnt have the time to return the favor  as we expect them to.

It does not matter how slow you go so long as you do not stop.
